I got a real stupid question on bicycle. What is it?
Can you steer with your feet and peddle with your hands?
What happen to some of the response? They were there.

Handbikes are pedaled with the hands - for people who have lost (the use of) their feet/legs.
The Flevobike is pedalled and steered with your feet (well, steered from your hip - and it's definitely "your", as I always fell off when I tried it).

That is a hand-powered recumbent tricycle. It is steered and pedaled with the hands. That's why the two crank arms are 'in phase' with each other - so that pushing on one doesn't steer the trike in the other direction. Hand-powered trikes are marketed for paraplegics, who cannot pedal with their legs.

Handcycles, propelled by hand rather than foot motion, are used by disabled people who do not have full use of their legs. One is shown below. I have never heard of one steered by the feet.

"Peddle" is to sell a product, idea or service. An infomercial on TV peddles cheap products. A door-to-door salesperson might 'peddle' magazine subscriptions. You PEDAL a bicycle. The illustration below shows the girl 'peddling' her flowers.
This young lady can most anything on a fixed gear bicycle. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WgF_j1FPxhk

It may be possible you'd see a fixie trick rider performing a trick doing something like that using a step through frame. Otherwise the bicycle would have to be designed in such a manner as to allow a person to do that.
Such a bike could be designed for a person whose legs still have some mobility but are too weak to pedal a bike.Source(s): Motorized Bicycle Owner and Builder.

Only if you are a clown. A clown who practices.
Most people can peddle with their feet and steer without anything touching the handlebars.
