Why do Americans complain very loudly?

I work at a hotel in Italy. When Europeans and other people have complaints, they says gently.

Only Americans come out and very loudly say "I need to see a manager!!!" "I'm pissed"  "This is ridiculous" "Are you kidding me?"

American culture is Capitalism and entitlement. It's inevitable. And we don't fvck around. 🥴 Very, very impatient. Blunt. When you're used to having the best or doing things a certain way, we're pushy perfectionists.

I guess Europeans are used to the poor service at Italian businesses, while Americans believed the vacation brochures and were surprised.
