Does Trump even capable of understanding that what he did was wrong?

...we know he doesn't, but could he if he even wanted to?

He knows what he did wrong, its just that politics and money make him too stubborn to admit anything because they can lead to serious consequences. Trump just didn't realize the weight of his actions before he did those actions.

He sees (recognizes) it as wrong in one sense (that some people can see it as wrong), but his primary view is that his needs are more important, so if it is right for him, it does not matter if it is wrong to someone else. The main problem is that he believes that everyone does wrong things as long as it is good for themselves. He does not understand the ideas of personal integrity or ethics.

There is no absolute right or wrong for him. It is all a transaction. Who benefits? Does Donald Trump benefit? If Donald Trump benefits, then it is fine to do.

How do you define or measure between Right and Wrong?

    1. Sometimes the action is wrong, and the result is right.

    2. Sometimes the action is right, and that results in the wrong.

In addition to the topic, your talking about politics ... there is no right and wrong opinion in politics.

Your grammar is quite hideous, and I don't agree with your political views. But putting all that aside, why is this posted in the Science and Mathematics > Chemistry section?

In general, sociopaths and psychopaths are intellectually aware of their wrong-doing, but they don't care, so I would say yes but it doesn't make any difference to him except insofar as repercussions are an obstacle to his aims.

The extent of Trump's understanding has not been measured. Plus, he seems to forget what he does understand. So, a simplistic answer to your question is "What was that?"

What a load of horseshit. Do you know when you have done something wrong?

Just because YOU don't agree with Trumps accomplishments doesn't make it wrong.

Ok, criminal. Right and wrong, can be subjective. The criminal acts he has committed are getting him impeached.

He may or may not understand what he did and continues to do is wrong. I suspect that at some gut level he is starting to realize he is in over his head, but he always HAS been in over his head since the transition period. He became a presidential candidate as a date. I don't think he expected to win. When the electoral college gave him a decisive win, he thought he nwas elected king or emporer. For Trump, he is above ALL rules, laws and policies. He has has cheated most of his adult life and has managed to survive. When he is impeached, he STAYS IN OFFICE until the Senate tries him, with the Supreme Justice as judge. At least McConnell is not going to try to stop the trial. Both McConnell and Trump are assuming Trump will

If he's not capable of telling right from wrong, then he's not guilty by reason of insanity, so he should be locked up in an insane asylum for the rest of his fat, farty life.
