When you're learning a language, one of the many ways you should be working at acquiring it is by writing in that language. However most of us content ourselve with writing very simple stuff while we absorb the grammar and syntax.

Write a book by all means, but don't expect it to be at all readable. Anything that makes you use and manipulate a language is helpful, but most likely it will only show you how much there still is to learn.

No. If you have no experience of using a language in daily conversation with native speakers and writing simple notes of thanks etc then you have no hope of writing a book in that language.

Although writing a book is not an easy job even in native language, it is worth trying!

Learning a language can be done by any mean.

No. It would necessarily be a horrible book.

Very limited in vocabulary. Full of grammar mistakes, word used incorrectly, awkward phrases. It would lack idioms or they would be wrong. And so on.

It will be much more worthwhile to improve your language skills by reading books in a foreign language. You won't be able to learn another language simply by reading but you'll expand your lexicon, idioms, get a feel for how that language is used, etc.

It's difficult enough to write a book in your own language, so I would advise against it, unless you have someone patient enough to go through what you've written and correct it, so you can learn from your mistakes.

A better way to learn a new language it to take classes, speak to native speakers, read, watch movies or series in that language with subtitles in your own language.

No. It's a good idea to find a group of native born speakers of that language and become friends with them. I am assuming you want to learn the spoken, not written, language primarily.

No, it'll come across as gibberish, since you don't know the language well enough.

Try translating a book. If you can do that, you are good enough.
