    Nopalito is very good. It's cut up into green bean size pieces and pickled in jars or you can buy it fresh at a good produce store (use the tongs - they're prickly!).

    I've eaten the fruit from a cactus; Dragon fruit (in Thailand) and Sabra (in Israel).

    I've had Agave syrup that is 'extracted' from cactus.
