What is this red switch?

It is near the driver s seat of my Chrysler Town and Country LXi minivan.

    That activates the hyper-drive...but seriously check your front bumper for aftermarket fog lights.

    If you have an aftermarket auto alarm, it is probably the valet switch to disable the alarm system. Disarm the alarm and flip the switch while you have the key in the accessory on key switch position, then the alarm should be bypassed until you flip it back down. In valet mode the alarm LED will be solid to warn you that you are in valet mode. The only other reason would be an aftermarket set of fog lamps, then the switch flip would turn on the fog lamps when you have the key switch on in engine ignition run position.

    That isn't original to the car's production. Someone installed it after the car was purchased. The only real way to determine what it does is either trial and error or following the wiring to from ts power source to its final destination.
