I’m sure the train would just keep chugging along! :)

Train might get little wheel sleep/slide if it tries to brake or accelerate depending on softness of said persons stool.

You might get a ticket for indecent exposure..

Really,  have Any idea how much cattle on unfenced graze poop on tracks? Nothing happens to the train, except its wheels get smelly.

That's the way it was all the time when the train toilets just emptied onto the tracks. So, there was a sign over the toilet: "Passengers will please refrain from using toilets while the train is standing in the station".

Most commonly, the weather and bacteria would cause the deposit to rot and disperse. In a very hot and dry setting, or in sub-zero temperatures, the deposit, either dessicated or frozen, may remain there for much longer.

Nothing. It won't stop the train. I was on a train that ran over a bicycle. The wheels weren't damaged. An air hose got disconnected and we had to stop to fix it.
