Not by real musicians. It maybe music by definition but it is simply not good music. It s very homogenised even within its own genre. Same drums every time, no melody to speak off, no singing, no vistuosity, no harmony, usually just bass, and the content is just non musicians shouting about their crappy lives, but the worst thing is it damages the listeners dumbing them down to a point where real music is unrecognisable to them. It’s just the record companies and media cashing in on youth subcultures. Oh can’t like what you are never exposed to, and this crap music as well as your pop girl trash music replaces good music. There are only so many hours in a day. It’s is an exoticism, our infatuation with American culture.

Yes, it's music. Do not listen to Ben Shapiro and his opinionated views. He obviously doesn't like the music genre. You obviously do not like the music genre either. If you ever researched anything relative to music, which you probably haven't, you'll find out that "vocals" falls under instruments used. Please stop. Also, do you even know what melodic rap is? It incorporates singing and a multitude of instruments. Childish Gambino, MGK (idk why I mentioned this guy, I hate him), and many other Rappers use actual instruments when composing a few of their beats. Stop being ignorant.
