Whatever someone is willing to give you that you are willing to accept. That is the definition of value.

A book can tell you it's supposed to be worth $100, but if nobody will offer you $100, then it isn't worth $100.

If you have an original painting from the German artist Ann Julia Rant, who signed some works just as A Julia, her still life floral works seem to have a following in the US and Europe. But 12 x 6 is small and the value would be proportionately lower. This is something you would want to have appraised by someone that knows art, because if you try to sell it in an auction and nobody ever heard of the artist, you are more likely to lose than win.
