Start with seeing if any harmonica lessons are available to you at your location. You may need to start with a much smaller (and less expensive) instrument.; there's a good chance that even your teacher won't have a 48-chord, nor any experience with one. Get solid with good harp technique, and the rest will sort itself out. Meantime, get some renter's or homeowner's insurance on your gigantic harmonica.
