    ΔE = n * Cv * ΔT

    You have n and ΔE.

    For a diatomic gas, Cv = (5/2)R

    and R = 8.314 J/mol·K

    So you can compute the temperature change in K (which is the same as the temperature change in ºC, since for CHANGES, 1 K = 1 ºC).

    I get ΔT = -31.0 ºC
