Do scented candles have expiration dates?

    I wouldn't think so...but some of these answers are so convincing I'm not sure. *forever gullible*

    Yes, the scented portion goes off sometimes, but not the wick. Unless the wick is made incorrectly.

    Yes. The chemical agent in the scent is remarkably similar to TNT and can actually EXPLODE when the expiration date is passed....at least those pumpkin spice ones can.

    Scented candles do lose their scent potency over time,

    but they are still good as a candle.
