thinking of going on a cut, any suggestions?
I'm thinking about dropping about 15 to 20 pounds. I'm a 5'7 power lifter that weighs about 230. I do cardio and conditioning but my diet isn't the best. I lift for 3 weeks and spend one week doing bodyweight stuff like pushups, situps,crunches, pullups and burpees. I also ride my stationary bike, do burpees and jog. so any suggestions?

maybe you should see a dietician so they can help you lose weight

Doesn't sound like you need a cut, it sounds like you just need to clean up the way you eat. If you don't, a cut will remove a bit of weight - and then you'll put it right back on. And if you don't have the discipline to start taking smaller steps towards eating better now, you definitely won't have the discipline to deal with the restrictions of a cut.
