Thinking of going on a cut, any suggestions?

I'm thinking about dropping about 15 to 20 pounds. I'm a 5'7 power lifter that weighs about 230. I do cardio and conditioning but my diet isn't the best. I lift for 3 weeks and spend one week doing bodyweight stuff like pushups, situps,crunches, pullups and burpees.
