Blacks can't be racist because they don't run this american system of oppression and never owned slaves or oppressed a race of people because of their race. Maybe prejudice because of your pass history of straight wicked & demonic heathenism. You whites really need to learn the difference between racist and prejudice.

Of course. Anybody can discriminate or have hate or prejudice feelings towards another racial group. I have known Asian people who think black people are inferior, and know of black people who hate white people for their mere existence not even because of anything personal they have done to them, just because they're white and been brainwashed to blame all their unhappiness on white folks.  There are some people who can't stand Jews and think they are the true source of evil and corruption.  The truth is EVERYBODY is prejudice to some extent because we have evolved as humans in a way to be leery of outsiders as a means of survival. We generally trust people easier who we can easier identify with on a physical level and have in general an easier time relating to and feeling empathy for people who we can see ourselves in.  This isn't a white people thing, a black people thing etc. It's a human thing. All races of humans have been slaves at some point in history, all races of humans have killed millions based on reasons pertaining to race/ethnicity. So no honest person could say white people are the only ones who can be racist. That is ridiculous!

Any hate between ethnic groups or between religions can be classified as hate crimes.

two answers. one: there is no "not" and "why not" in the answer. the answer is yes, a black and non black can be racist. that assumes there is different races. answer two: there is actually no such thing as race because we are one race. there is only prejudice. i chose answer two.

When you classify a group of people by a broad geographical area or the apparent colour of their skin and then make generalised comments based on that classification, you are being racist and it matters not where you come from or what colour your skin appears to be. Any comment of the form 'blacks do this", "whites do that" or "Asians do the other" is going to be racist if it isn't already.

Yes. The only requirement for being racist is to treat people of different races differently because of their race, which anyone can do.

yes the term racism is not only exclusive to white people

Yes they can, how dare they think they have the right to bully someone just because their skin color is white, when all races have done messed up things, not just white people, how dare they
