Why does my dog lick his oaws?

    Assuming you mean paws - sometimes a dog will lick/chew paws when something else, elsewhere, hurts.

    Allergies, injuries, they itch,nthey may be dry, they may be cracked. He is trying to make them better. He may be just grooming them, his nails may be too long, he may have bruised feet.
