ZERO. You can either work or you cannot. If you cannot work, then there is nothing you can do about it, and you will get WC. If you can work, tell your employer that you need to get back to work. Continuing to work when you are claiming that you cannot work is fraud and they WILL find out.

100% pure BS. You constantly prove you will NEVER be a paralegal of ANY kind.
You make it hard to believe you have 25 years experience BREATHING.

Depends how much you were earning when you were injured.

If you are able to work, your workers comp benefits generally terminate, and if you fail to report to the state workers comp board that you are working, you can be charged with fraud and have to pay back what you unlawfully received.

In some cases, when you are allowed to work but with restrictions due to the medical condition caused by work-related illness/injury, and the original employer cannot/will not accommodate those restrictions, and that new work pays less than your previous earnings, you may take that employment and workers comp may pay you a reduced benefit to make up the difference. But you never get full pay from workers comp.

You WON'T receive more in wages AND Worker's Comp combined than in Worker's Comp alone without committing fraud.
