What kind of Spider is this?

    I can only see this is one of the orb weavers, Araneidae family. Just not enough detail to peg the genus and species. Knowing location sure helps narrow this big family down.

    Very harmless sort and beneficial, I would leave her undisturbed the rest of the season.

    Looks maybe gravid, so soon to hide her eggs for next season and won't live much after that.
