That's not what 'mansplaining' means. Mansplaining is when a man explains something to woman, especially something she already knows, assuming that he has superior understanding merely because she's female.
A quintessential example happened in February, when a man on Twitter tried to mansplain the difference between 'vulva' and 'vagina' to a woman who is a gynecologist.
So 'womansplaining' would be when a woman explains something to a man, especially something he already knows, assuming her superior understanding merely because he's male. For example, a woman at the supermarket explaining how to cook pork chops to a male shopper (especially if he happens to be a chef).
