No, as there is no proof of abuse. Unfortunately, we live in a world where people make false accusations in order to make money. Andrew was friends with an abuser, Jeffrey Epstein; accusers firs tried suing Epstein and they named as many people as they could who knew Epstein in order to bolster their claims. Knowing Epstein does not mean that one acted in the same ways that Epstein did.
And, in the first round of prosecution, the case against Andrew and others was thrown out of court because the claims were not credible of supported by evidence.
Andrew saw Epstein as a man willing to host him for a free vacation, and nothing more.
