I have binged on a ton of unhealthy food this past week. What can I do now to go back to my old healthy eating habits?

I don't know where to begin. I'm 23. How can I flush out all that dirt I ate this week? I feel so dirty in the inside and I'm retaining tons of water. I'm feeling extremely tired and my skin looks awful. I must have a lot of inflammation and toxicity going on. Any advice?
