How does DMSO affect enzyme systems? Specifically, the manganese-dioxide catalysed decomposition of hydrogen peroxide?

I am doing an experiment on this and am just interested in what others may have found, as I couldn't find much information on the subject on Google.

Manganese dioxide is not an enzyme, so you do not have an enzyme system. Since there are no organic compounds in the system you do have, I doubt DMSO does anything -- except maybe slow the rate of reaction just a little only because the DMSO dilutes the H2O2.
