I think I have an eating disorder, should I see a doctor?
Everyone tells me to eat in the morning and now I just ate cereal an apple and bread for substance and I’m like having this panic attack. I don’t know what’s going on. I worry every time I eat even though I’m a good weight and I live in New York and walk to school and exercise regularly. I have trouble eating regular meals. I felt like I was forcing my favorite cereal down to the point I almost had to stop eating. People are worried about me and I just am curious if they should be or if they are over reacting.

One should never eat when not hungry, but that rule only applies to those who are not addicted to sugar and other sources of fructose.
You've definitely got an eating disorder and you are likely anorexic, too.

Maybe you could stop eating grains and sugars and switch to whole, healthy foods.
