What's the difference between action, motion and movement?

Hi. This sounds like a silly question, and I should know this, but there I want to make sure I am using the right term or terms. People seem to confuse the terms, but there is a difference between them.

Which term would refer to things like hits, kicks, slaps and punches and throws?

I have a comics-related question I want to post.

Please help- thank you.

Action, as used in the term "action movies."

Movement or motion is any change of position, and could include anything from dancing to the trajectory of electrons within molecules.
