ECG-interpret the reading please?

Had an ECG today and doctor didn't discuss results. I hope it's nothing serious.  Sinus rhythm with 1st degree AV block.  Poor R wave progression-probable normal

Update: 79 Yrs; 9-2016. Echocardiogram.  PATENT FORAMEN OVALE. 10/1/2016 PFO present. No concern re hole. if I suffered from mini-strokes, need to close it so clots wouldn't go to the brain.  MILD MITRAL VALVE ANNULAR CALCIFICATION. TRACE MITRAL VALVE REGURGITATION. MILDLY SCLEROTIC. 8/31/2016 Unconfirmed interpretation: sinus rhythm, first degree AV block (limited) horizontal axis, low QRS voltage in precordial leads.
