So if a school can ban transgender students and staff, can a school ban catholic students and staff?

    If it's a private school, it can choose to not accept them

    Religious beliefs and someone's gender associated beliefs are completely different things.

    Religion is a protected legal class, transgender is not.

    LGBT protection only extends as far as employment, not schooling, housing, etc in most states.

      Religious freedom can bypass non discrimination laws and civil rights act. So freedom of speech and conscience rights can bypass religious freedom.

    Its weird because at my old school there was A TRANSGENDER COUNSELOR WHO TURNED INTO A MALE AT 65
