They can. They can also get sued if the atheist has a clever lawyer

No, to both of your questions. They cannot ask their potential customers beliefs nor refuse to serve them if they do not share them.

Why can they not ask their potential customers their beliefs? What law does that violate?

They'll likely get into legal trouble, and be consudered diased for the rest of thier career, losing customers outside of the atheust demographic, but theres nothing stoping them from risking such things

You people have unbelievably low comprehension ability.

It is objection to being forced against conscience that is the issue here.

Those that want to force others against conscience obviously have no conscience themselves.

But what is the point in explaining the obvious to you if you have such a low comprehension ability?

No. If you actually research the facts, they serve people of all walks of life. They just don't write messages that contradict their religious beliefs. They won't even create Halloween cakes because they don't believe in Halloween.

It's about forced speech, not service.

No, that is illegal and violates Title 7 entitlements.

What a baker CAN do is refuse to create custom work that depicts something they're against... such as making a Hitler birthday cake.

Every single person who is against "refusing to serve Atheists" or "refusing to serve LGBT" is ALSO supporting the right for neo-nazis to FORCE a store owner to make them a neo-Nazi cake with swastikas and Hitler statues.

Title VII Civil Rights is about employees and hiring practices.

On what planet do bakers screen their customers? Your question is ridiculous.
