Yes, Up the dog's (aerobic) exercise, just as Zots said. A TIRED DOG is a better behaved dog...because it has NO choice! Dogs chew destructively & dig when they are BORED and UNDER EXERCISED. The bully breeds are all HIGH ENERGY. You either give them enough exercise, or they will FIND "other ways" to entertain themselves. High energy dogs also tend to be of HIGHER than normal intelligence. Which means they also need MENTAL exercise/or games (or a JOB). They make GOOD agility dogs, btw.
You can choose to enroll the dog in doggie day care 2-3 times a week, to supply more exercise (ALL DAY LONG) for an entire day - which will mean on alternate days it will basically SNOOZE - it will be so tired. You also need to take the dog to obedience training classes so YOU HAVE MORE CONTROL and the dog learns to listen to you.
You need to CONFINE the dog when you cannot watch it or when you are not home. Decide whether to crate inside or to kennel outside. You need dog-safe toys (or chews) for strong jawed dogs and you need to spray Bitter Apple or Fooey on things you DO NOT WANT to be chewed. Dog-proofing the home ought to have been done the day it came home with you, so it is not ABLE to get to things - like a leash to chew it up. That is up to YOU & the people who live at the home.
