Chlamydia, human papillomavirus (HPV), gonorrhea, herpes, hepatitis (multiple strains), and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), can be transmitted through oral sex

HIV is transferred when one person who has it has sexual contact with someone who does not. So you said the guy doesnt have HIV so how would he give it to you if he doesnt have it? Would it just spawn from nothing? Maybe you need to educate yourself a little more about sexual activity before you actually engage in it. Knowlegde is power.

If he is HIV - it is impossible for you to get it from him. If you have sores in your mouth it is normally from herpes or anxiety/stress.

Well stupid you can't get a disease from someone unless they have it

Not sure why you gave him a blowie at all... what did he do to deserve it? Probably nothing.
