You can get a transcript of the information on them from IRS Using Form 4506-T

With a hope and a prayer...and a little money. They can charge you for them (nominal fee) if they can locate them easily enough.

Or, you request a transcript from the IRS directly...they will mail it...

Employers have to keep W2 records for four years.

However, they are allowed to charge you a nominal fee for your W2 if you lost the first one sent to you..

The IRS will send them by snail mail.

Possibly. Ask your employer. Going forward, do a better job at keeping your records.

But you already received them. Look in your own dang records. Don't you have your tax returns? That's where many people store their W-2s.

Your (former) employer is not your personal secretary. They have already fulfilled their obligation to you in this matter.
