I am afraid of sleeping early at night so what can I do?

I don't want to go to sleep early like at 9 or 10pm because when I have I start to get these weird dreams , sometimes unpleasant.....I don't want to remember them.

But if I sleep late like at 12 midnight or 1 am , I get bad nightmare type of dreams.

I'm tired , my eyes get sleepy....I want to get enough rest but Idk what to do

    Actually, 9 or 10 isn't early at all.

    Drink Chamomile tea. It has been known to promote good sleep.

    stop thinking unusual things and start doing excercising
