can I get a loan for dental work with a 620 credit score?

Update:

most of my defaults were a few years ago. I have 5 open credit cards and never missed a payment on these and they are over a year old

You could start a new business with a different name than other answers.

    Try Care Credit Card.

    Probably not.

A credit score of 620 isn’t “good.” It’s not even “fair.” Rather, a 620 credit score is actually considered “bad,” according to the standard 300 to 850 credit-score scale.

Find a dentist that accepts Care Credit.

Apply for the Care Credit card. If you don't have extreme debt on other cards or from other sources, a score of 620 should be approved.

Maybe, if you don't have a lot of other debt.

It's not like repossessing your dental work gets them anything worth money.

Why would you be more likely to pay back this obligation?

    Probably not.

I run a veterinary office and we offer Care Credit. They market it as a thing that will allow people to pay for stuff that they can't put on a regular credit card, but in reality, they don't approve anyone who can't get a regular credit card.
