Are people suspicious of people that don’t appear to be doing anything. If so why?

    That's why it's important to sit still and act like you're not paying attention.

    Erratic or tweaker behavior inspires fear and suspicion.

    Personally, I don't dig being stared at and studied either. So... I hide like a ninja. Out of sight.
