IF IF IF a person simply LACKS a BELIEF in my claim that pouring vinegar onto baking soda DOES produce bubbles of carbon dioxide, I stand ready to demonstrate the validity of MY claim, with evidence which is readily visible, rigorously testable, and consistently repeatable.
If someone simply LACKS a BELIEF in YOUR claim that Gods and/or Goddesses really DO exist, simply present evidence which is readily visible, rigorously testable, and consistently repeatable.
Is YOUR God or Goddess MORE POWERFUL than random chance?
Have an atheist bring twelve random coins, and toss them into the air.Note that they land, some HEADS up, some TAILS, randomly.
Then, say Prayer #1, have the atheist toss them again, and note that they all land HEADS up, every time.
Say Prayer #2, and they all land TAILS up, every time.
Surely, a Divine Being with the POWER to push this planet into a "habitable zone" around the Sun, will be able to nudge a few mere coins.
