Taiwan is a separate country under a right wing government that was originally a US-backed military dictatorship under Chiang KaiShek.

They will not. The only country that had the guts to do such a thing was the USSR. And the USSR did fight and win small wars against China.

Please some time take a look at the map!

This is a difficult "nut to crack". Even if it was "liberated", providing for the population would logistics' nightmare. In all reality liberating Hong Kong would do more damage then it would do good for the population.

No as Hong Kong is part of China.

No, Hong Kong is legally part of China, and has been since Britain returned it when their lease ran out on June 1997. Currently, and for several more years, it is governed as a self-governing region.
