Here is a no fail way to figure out how many boxes of vinyl siding you need to cover 3820 square feet:

Pick out the type of vinyl you wish to purchase. The vinyl will be sold in boxes and on the box there will be the number of square feet that is contained in the box. Take that number and divide it by 3820. The result well be the number of boxes you will need to purchase to cover 3820 square feet. Then, buy one or two more boxes than you need to allow for cutting mistakes and just plain old waste because you are going to cut some pieces to size, leaving waste left overs. If you do not open one of the two extra boxes, then return it for a refund. Better to be safe and have more than you need instead of sorry you do not have enough.

Depends on what size you get.. IF you get the 1 sq ft ones you will need 3820 pieces.

it takes 38.2 squares of siding to cover 3820sq ft so one box of double 4 comes with 24 pieces so that would be 456 pieces to cover 3820 sq ft

Don't even try - if you can't write a question with the needed info, you certainly can't calculate placement of the bits or install them properly.

That depends on the size of the pieces.

Actually is depends on the dimensions of the room as well as the dimensions of the pieces, because you have to divide the length of the room by the length of the piece, and the breadth of the room by the breadth of the piece for an accurate number.

or 15,280 4x4 squares.
