Your "laptop" is now the wrong brand and model for the updated Windows. Get a different one.

your laptop is not designed to run games.

you need a desktop with a video card to do better.

you need to open up the laptop and take the CPU OUT THEN IT WILL WORK!!!

What is your problem?????? You should have added details.

At 5.5fps the human eye detects the cartoons are in motion. At 12fps is true motion. 30fps is the "Nevada Standard" for casino recording so they catch people cheating. Only 1 person in 1,000 can tell the difference between 30fps and 60fps in a video game.

Laptops are not good for gaming or video. Its like buying a 4 door car to haul dirt. For dirt you need a truck. For gaming you need a dedicated video card - or - a $4,000 to $8,000 gaming laptop. You cannot expect your $459 WalMart HP laptop to perform like a desktop with dual water cooled video cards or an expensive laptop.

    It is what it is.

It helps to know what games you're running and what laptop you have. I would also blow out any dust that has accumulated. Laptops are notorious for getting clogged with dust as their parts are tightly packed together. It is possible that your graphics card and/or CPU are overheating which causes them to drop their performance significantly.
