Go on a low carb diet. Eliminate all grains from your diet. No bread pasta, rice, and anything made with wheat, oat, barley flour. Add more fat to your diet -- good fats like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, avocado. Eat more salads, made with leafy greens like lettuce, spinach, along with fresh veggies like tomatoes, carrots, celery, radishes, spring mix. Eat more steamed veggies like green beans, peas, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, brussels sprouts. Avoid starchy veggies like corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes. Stop eating fried things. Stop eating sugar and sweet desserts. Avoid eating fruit on this diet. Try it for three weeks. When you do this diet, take a vitamin B supplement in the morning, and vitamin D3 and K2 in the evening.
