Shouldn't a round earth have a west pole and east pole as well?

not when magnetics is involved

Well, earth only rotates about one axis, but we do separate east from west using our navigation systems.

It only turns on ONE axis north and south---so there cant be east and west poles.

Nope, Earth has one axis of rotation.

because the poles would clash in the earths core and it would wobble causing nausea

A Geographic Poles are locations on a rotating body (such as a planet) which remain fixed and do not create a (virtual) circular path as the body they are located on rotates. There are only two locations on a rotating body that satisfy this requirement: the North Geographic Pole and the South Geographic Pole.
If you can locate two locations on a rotating body, other than the North and South Geographic Poles, that satisfy this requirement, please tell us what and where they are and how they satisfy the requirement for a Geographic Pole.

No because the earth's rotational axis is aligned north to south. Because of the tilt of the axis, temperatures vary from one pole to the equator. Temperature and day length at the equator does not vary much east to west.

There is only one rotational axis, so there is only one pair of poles. The direction "east" is the forward direction of the spin.

North and South are absolute positions because a magnetic field has those limits. East and West are relative positions without a fixed limit.

No .. because we rotate around the poles.
Literally, as if there was a pole going through the earth with the earth spinning on it.
There is also the 'magnetic effect' ..
Using a compass .. if you travel West you will travel West ... forever.
Same with East.
But travel North you will reach a point when you are suddenly traveling South
and vice versa.
