I would say your cat can become very sick. Reptiles (especially turtles) carry salmonella which can cause people and pets to get sick. I would prevent your cat from doing this.

No. Outside cats drink out of mud holes. BUT it would be nice if he had a bowl of fresh water. Btw, beautiful cat.

Maybe. It certainly isn't going to help the cat. The bacteria count would be through the roof. Buy some probiotics and give them to the cat.

No, but if he is overweight he could have a shorter life and if he is not overweight. Feed your cat only two times per day and much less than the package suggests. Do not 'self-feed'.

cats and dogs tummys are pretty hardy. they usually vomit a lot to get rid of rubbish. kep her way with some netting etc
