Maybe, try a specialist like a gastroenterologist.
You also might try looking at how your daughter normally eats. Does she get plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables each day? Or does she eat a lot of carbohydrates, sugary things and junk foods?
If instead of the fresh fruits and vegetables, it's the other things, then she may be constipated or her stomach may be getting irritated from improper diet.
Try changing her diet getting at least three servings of fruits and one or two servings of vegetables in a day plus good protein source. Cut out to sugary things. Then see what happens. If that doesn't help, or she gets worse, contact the doctor back or take her to a specialist.
It wouldn't be too hard to tell if she's constipated. You can certainly look this sort of thing up. It is not healthy to be constipated and can be remedied by changes in diet in most cases.
If she eats too many wheat products she may be sensitive to this, or she may be sensitive to dairy.
