Hotter than what? A banana! An aardvark! Hotter than before you mean, like we're effecting the sun's output? No, we're affecting the gas chemistry in our atmosphere.
If you were to expose your body in the space outside the earth's atmosphere, the half that faces the sun would melt away, and the back half would freeze.
The only reason we have warmth when the sun isn't shining on earth is our atmosphere contains greenhouse gases that trap the sun's energy, without these we would freeze, more of it would increase the temperature.
