is it bad to eat too many veggie burgers?

I am a new vegetarian and I tried BOCA veggie burgers, they are so good, I ate the entire box and it has 4 burgers

    That's a LOT of sodium. Read the nutrition label as you would on any processed food.

    Veggie burgers are a highly processed food. You would be better off to eat more less processed foods, in their natural form.

    But I doubt this one time of overeating is going to damage your health.

    TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING ALL AT ONCE IS BAD, ONE OR TWO A DAY CAN BE FORGIVEN.

    No because as a vegan/vegetarian you can eat as much food as you want and never gain weight and become smarter and have better skin and hair than those who have a moderate amount of meat.

    Overeating is still overeating, whether it's vegetarian or not.
