Will British players still be allowed in the Ryder cup if they leave the EU?

Yes, unless Europe wants to be embarrassed.

  • Probably. The decision would have to be made by the European Tour (who controls the European side of the Ryder Cup as it relates to venue, appointing a captain, running the event when Europe hosts, etc.) and it's hard to see the European Tour kick players like Poulter, Fleetwood, J Rose, Fitzpatrick, etc. out.

They played in it before there was an EU so my guess is yes!

Why not? ANY European country can have players, if good enough. It is a European team, not an EU team
