Dominos driver harassing me by text?

I ordered a pizza from domino's tonight with only enough money for the pizza, i knew it was a dick move not to tip but i didn't really have a choice after he gave me the pizza and said some passive aggressive comments i was polite and said have a good night and apologized well now hes texting me things like this (I attached the messages) Do you think I could get anything from this if i sent a complaint to corporate?

Update:

Thanks everyone for responding. I sent it to corporate he got fired and they are sending me coupons for five free pizzas lol

Ya, you pay a company for a service the agreed upon amount, and they use your personal information to harass you, that's a no-no. Complain to corporate and say you couldnt enjoy the dominoes experience after dominoes was bitter over the arrangement

    Hellllllllllll yeah

He has no right to say that

    It is so bad

He can get fired and it will go on his permanent record

Absolutely. You will get free stuff, and he will get either reprimanded or terminated. It's not OK to order delivery and not tip, but what he did isn't OK either. He is a complete fool, since he can't even deny it because it's in writing. He is putting his job on the line. People stiff me all the time (four customers did today), and I just bend over and take it. Tipping is optional.

You have to provide a phone number when you order.

I would contact his or her boss, and show them a copy of the text.
