Identify This Mystery Lunch Dish...?

Photograph is from Switzerland.

Update:

Based on feedback the ingredients from top to bottom must be: baby spinach, fresh soft cheese, bacon, and cooked red lentils. However, I don't know what the name of the dish.

The drink is Cucumis Lavender soda, from the dish I can identify lamb's lettuce (top), Greek feta cheese (the white cubes in the middle. I have no idea what the bottom layer is (if it is a vegetarian dish it could be lentils, otherwise MAYBE cracklings). The bread seems to be ordinary Rye bread.

    Sorry can't help better.

    Update:

They maybe sell it as Farmer's salad or something. The thing with those salads is that most don't have a a strict recipe or name. It's just a mix of ingrediants named after something people can associate with. Also possible wouls be. Roter Linsensalat mit Frischkäse (Red Lentils Salad with Fresh Cheese) or something like that.
