Was 2016 an anomaly since Trump won Blue states in the Rust Belt (WI, MI, and PA)?

He only won these states by less than 1 percent. In 2018, these states elected ALL Democrats to their statewide offices. Thanks to gerrymandering, the GOP kept control over these Blue state legislatures. Will these states wise up again and flip back to the Democrats in 2020 like they did in 2018?

Donnie is a liability for the GOP. He campaigned in North Carolina in a deep red district. The con won by only 2 points. What's going to happen to cons in purple districts? Cons know they are in trouble "bigly."

He won over voters which is what you are supposed to do in an election.
