on the front of your card, the should be a small set of numbers with a slash, such as 09/22. this is the month and year your card expires and you need to get a new one. if you're using a gift card, the site should have been able to tell by the main numbers and not asked you since it was a gift card

The date is printed on the card.

Well if the expiry date is 10 / 8 / 22, for example, put these figures in the space supplied.

The month and year that the card expires ( i.e., when the card is no longer valid). It's listed on the card.

Well here's a real crazy idea - type in the expiration date; the date your card expires.

The date your card expires. 2019...2020?

Look under your name on the card, on the front of the card; lower line.

It will tell you when the card will expire...any time now, or a year or so from now.

Type that info (exactly) onto the form, OK?
