    (2.68 in)^3 × (2.54 cm/in)^3 × (4.50 g Ti/cm^3) / (47.867 g Ti/mol) × (6.022 × 10^23 atoms/mol) =

    1.79 × 10^25 atoms Ti

Calculate the volume in cubic cm.

    Volume * density = mass

mass / atomic mass = moles

    moles * Avogadro's number = # of atoms.
