Are the English better human beings than Americans are about the same?

all the same some good some bad and the bad are in control right now that's why the boats rocking so much

I'll put it this way, an English family emigrates to America in the late18th century. Now that family have now families in 12 differant states of America today. They are now Americans. The have all come from one English speaking family. Along the way, is it at all even conceivable that in those 12 states there are Americans who are not as good human beings as their distant cousins living over the pond?

I would say that we are about the same, there is good and bad in all countries

of course because they are British, although some of the 13 states of USA also have British people
