Is it possible to put a electric bike kit one for the front wheel and one for the back wheel for optimal acceleration.?

Each kit, unless you could engineer a controller that would allow a single battery to power both wheels, would include its own power source, adding extra weight along with the extra weight of the extra wheel motor. If you wish to optimize acceleration, a single more powerful motor along with a single larger capacity battery is the way to do it. After all, even the most powerful electric bikes are not going to be doing burnouts

Possible if you could sync up the drive speed. Also be mindful you will be adding a lot of extra weight and putting alot of extra draw on the batteries.
